No.26/3/95-3/Power.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 of the Punjab Electricity (Duty) Act, 1958, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Haryana, hereby exempts, in public interest, all persons covered under clause (b) of the Sub-section(2) of Section 3 of the said Act, form the payment of whole of the electricity duty for a period of five years with effect from the 1^st April,2000 to 31^st March,2005.
