            No. 10 DP-2000/17479. – The following draft of the rules further to amend the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965, in its application to the State of Haryana, which the Governor of Haryana in supersession of Haryana Government, Town and Country Planning Department Notification NO. 10DP-2000/12237, dated the11th August, 2000, proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), Section 25 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, is hereby published as required by the said sub-section for the information of persons likely to be affected thereby.

            Notice is hereby given that draft of the ruler will be taken into consideration by the Government on or after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette together with objections or suggestions, if any, which may be received in writing by the Secretary to Government, Haryana, Town and Country Planning, Chandighar, form any person with respect to the draft of the rules, before the expiry of the period so specified:-

DRAFT RULES

  1. These rules may be called the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development (Haryana-Amendment) Rules, 2000.
  2. In the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Rules, 1965, (hereinafter called the said rules) in rule 49, under heading ‘Industrial’, for the existing table the following table shall be substituted, namely:-

In the said rules, in Schedule-IV, under the table prescribing rates of conversion charges for industrial use, the following note shall be added at the end, namely:-

“Note : The conversion charges on the Information Technology Industrial Units/Parks to be established before 31st March, 2003 shall be levied at Zero Rate.  The rates for such industries/parks given in the above table shall be leviable after 31st March, 2003.”
