The same could also be obtained by post or by hand. The tender form along with a Demand
Draft of Rs.1000/- should be submitted by 27.02.2004 up to 01.30 pm and the tenders will
be opened on the same day at 03.00 pm in the Knowledge Centre, Centre for e-Governance.
